WHAT IF tax rates were tied to party affiliation?

Since we are wasting so much time and energy fighting about WHICH party gets their way….. and at the same time…… we are DEMANDING that everyone embrace some level of "bipartisanship"….. I have come up with the solution.
Tax rates will be tied to party affiliation!!!
When you go shopping, you show your voter registration card. The Democrats can be charged 70% tax, the Republicans will pay a fair 4% tax.
When you buy gas, show your voter card. Democrats will pay an extra /gallon as a "highway tax". Republicans will pay nothing extra.
When you buy food, show your card. Democrats can pay for THEIR groceries, and enough for 5 other families. Republicans will pay nothing, but remain free to give (as they always have) to charities in record numbers.
On each paycheck, Democrats will pay an extra 10% payroll tax. Republicans will pay nothing.
EVERYONE WINS !!!!! Everyone gets their way and can REJOICE in knowing they are participating in the system at a rate they "believe in".

If the government has some kind of voluntary tax increase, would you voluntarily pay more taxes?

Huckabee had once done this in his State ("Tax Me More Fund") which was a voluntary fund for people who felt that the government needed to raise more taxes.
So, would you voluntarily pay more taxes?
I would think many Democrats would gladly volunteer to pay more taxes. You guys think this is a correct assumption? Why or why not?
