I would see a flat tax or a fair tax as an improvement to the current system. I would prefer the fair tax but without the rebate as I see that as a foot in the door. It is also to high. My guess the average Yahooer may not recognize state lotteries as a form of voluntary Taxation, Which are also very corrupt in most states.

Personally, I have no problem with state lotteries. The key word is “voluntary”.
