After seeing a short film on the internet about this, It has raised a concern that the government IS pulling the biggest fraud. Everyone within the government and IRS skirts the issue, but no one seems to be able to produce a black and white copy of the law…because it doesn’t exist after the 1912 Supreme Court ruling saying the government could no longer impose a federal tax. The only law that exist says that it is "voluntary" to pay tax….The Reagen and Clinton admin addresssed this but decided it was a "back-burner’ issue…gee I wonder why???

You are forced to pay it IF you buy something.

But you aren’t forced to buy……………….That was until Obamacare but thats another issue.

You can always produce what you don’t want to buy……..

So.

Is a sales tax a voluntary tax?

And could the US government survive in current form with only a sales tax?

Is it fair that voluntary reduction in income, and thus not eligible for a modification in child support, yes or no? Does this mean that if a father is not willing to have a job and has no income he should go to jail? This will cost tax payers more a month than the 0.00 he would have to pay a month. This would cost taxpayers about ,000.00 a month. This is how he plays the system. If the mother was willing to give him custody instead of making him pay child support, he would have taken it. He would have been a good daddy of the mother would have let him.

The Wealthiest Nation in the world, the wealthiest inhabitants in the world, the most giving and charitable people the world has ever known, all reside within the borders of the United States.

Taxation is a burden everyone has in this Great Country.

Ponder this; Could incentives, for donations through the IRS vs. mandating taxes potentially pay for True Health Care? Along with open borders for insurance, tort reform, Fraud identification, increased tariffs on overseas goods, etc and etc?

The Federal Government already provides incentives for charitable contributions. Could it be possible to ward off the ever rising costs of our Health Care System simply by making donations so popular that people, every day people, would want to donate?

I want to pay voluntary national insurance payments for this tax year. I’ve looked at HMRCs website and it says that you can do it by quarterly payments or by direct debit but some of the dates specified for these payments have already passed. Is it possible to start paying voluntary national insurance for this tax year and just pay higher amounts or will I have to wait until the next tax year in April 2011.

In federal court FOR THE SAME THING?? He charged them to prove filing a 1040 wasn’t voluntary. HOW did they fail??? Was this just plain discrimination???

now we all know that minority ethnic people arriving in our country need extra help to settle down to be able to bring their loved ones over.For this reason and to show that we are a caring nation, we the real English should be offering to pay voluntary extra tax.
